Deliveries & Returns

 

Once you have ordered your coffee we endeavour to post it to you within 24 hours. We use either our own transport, TNT or Royal Mail, as appropriate, therefore please allow 5-7 days for delivery to your door.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if your return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. we sent you the wrong product) or if the item is defective. Please call us to arrange this. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call us to arrange this.
