Several of our gourmet coffees are extremely rare and have limited availability. You are buying green beans to either roast and grind yourself or have custom roasted and ground to your specification by us. Weight loss will occur during roasting (15 - 20% depending on the degree of roasting). The prices listed on this website relate to green beans by weight.
